This process is normally used for small orders. Another method is using a digital heat transfer press. This machine is great for longer run 4-color process work on light colored materials and the cost per shirt can be very low if the art is provided.

 

Embroidery is a classy way to make customized t-shirts. The embroidery machines are controlled by digital software that translates images into stiches, they can accommodate up to 15 colors of thread. This method is often used by businesses to create classy polo shirts for their employees or by schools for uniforms.
