Contract Screen PrintingOne of the major reasons our contract screen printing customers enjoy such a high comfort level when working with Specialty T Shirts is “we’ve been there, done that” and have been involved in contract screen printing for many years.
Then too, contract screen printing customers traditionally buy large quantities of a product directly from a manufacturer or wholesaler who has them drop shipped at a contract screen printer like Specialty T Shirts. They currently do business with over 40 such firms, and chances are one of them is same as the client and Specialty T Shirts has a relationship with them.
Still, even best possible contract screen printing is essentially worthless if the product sits in a desk or dresser drawer. That’s why our artists and copy writers take great pains in making sure the shirt or coffee cup, or whatever you choose, works. Literally.
The art department at Specialty T Shirts is often a great place to start with your next project and the fact that it’s in-house saves valuable lead time. They understand the equipment and can design your product to take full advantage of each machine’s capabilities.
Medium to large runs make the most sense when selecting our state-of-the-art screen printers, and our shop is as modern as tomorrow.
Specialty T Shirts and its parent company, DG Promotional Products Inc., are headed by Mike S. Welter, president. On the company’s web site, Welter invites you to take a virtual tour to familiarize yourself with the capabilities of DG Promotional Products, which go beyond contract screen printing . With clients in the States and overseas, Welter knows the importance of building a mutually beneficial relationship.
There are three other production areas that should interest just about anyone interested promotional concepts.
If the run is on the low side, digital printing is probably best for your project. This machine utilizes Epson inkjet heads not unlike those in a copier, to apply either a full or process color image. Ecologically sound, the ink is a water-based textile ink that is set with either a tunnel dryer or heat press. The resultant image is washer safe and even bright prints last as long as a screen printed image.
The company’s HP digital heat transfer press is great for longer run 4-color process work. It’s designed especially for lighter-colored fabrics. The image is transferred to the fabric but there no heavy heat transfer feel as is the case with older processes. If you can supply camera-ready art, the cost-per-shirt can be unexpectedly low. Truly a great cheap t shirt printing value.
The facility also houses a gang of embroidery machines controlled by digitized software. The machines can accommodate up to 15 colors of thread.
Rounding out this contract screen printing facility are 24-hour quotes, and an available 48-hour premium service. And don’t forget to add
